Natural beauty evident if you don’t look too closely. Amenities pushed though it’s quite disappointing to have golf balls shatter your panoramic windows and reminded you must pay for many unwanted, unneeded amenities. Clubhouse burned down 2022 summer, cause still pending. POA (homeowners group) wants to increase monthly fees by 8-9%. Homeowners have to pay to market unsold lots.
