This is the worst experience ever. We hired this company to redo our master bath to prepare for our senior years. These were our must haves for the remodel. When the wall tiles were up, about 3 inches on top did not have a wall behind it! The shower head was way taller than we asked, by a foot. The shower floor was not level, there was standing water. Spoke with ***** and he asked for payment of the “installed tile”, which would be 15% more making our total 95% of the total price, and we said no, fix the problem first. Inste... read more

Hi ********** I'm sorry for what happened but after investigating this review, the acknowledges that ***** addressed ******'s needs, questions, and scheduling requests for her bathroom project. They had a professional and friendly manner throughout the majority of the project and everything was on time and even ahead of schedule. The whole job time frame was 10 days from start to finish.
