I would never recommend this job to no one management is horrible the place is unsanitary and they don’t care about there employees DO NOT APPLY HERE they hire and fire and all the the security guards that works there flirts with all the lady employees There HR is there for no reason cause you report multiple issues and they do nothing about it they will fire you if they feel like you are a liability to Telepeformance they discriminate and don’t care about sexual harassment

They"re forcing people to share headsets with people that have spit on them. And aren't allowed to have anything in the call room to sanitze them or clean there keys. The virus spread is unsanitary. Causes people to call in sick more often
