I was new to Telemed2U when I was referred by my medical insurance provider to have an appointment with Dr. Sanket Shah, for my endocrinology needs! I was really nervous at first going through the Telemed2U appointment, but the process was very easy and convenient for me! Dr. Shah was very nice, knowledgeable and caring. As a college student with a pretty hectic schedule, TeleMed2U has honestly made my life so much easier. All of my providers are on their platform, and it’s super easy to book and manage appointments—even when I’m traveling or juggling classes. I’ve had a great experience with the doctors and staff as everyone’s been helpful, responsive, and just really good at what they do.

Why does this place want to schedule you 1 YEAR out??? This is ridiculous! Find another place that prioritizes your health. This place deserves a 0 star. They won't even let you talk to a manager, instead they place you on the longest hold hoping you just hang up. Save yourself a headache. I do not recommend!

I have gotten so thin and can’t eat. I hardly have the energy to walk. My PCP set up an urgent appointment with a gastroenterologist who told me within 3 minutes that I needed an endoscopy and colonoscopy right away as it could be cancer.
