This program failed to notify me of my mothers psychotic episode, they lied about filing a police report. I have been repeatedly told by managers and staff that her psychotic episode "came out of nowhere" when I was advised by my mom's roommates telecare was notified of the issue. I believe this program failed to provide the services my mother needed in a crisis state and they need to be investigated. Worst place to get any kind of help. No Spanish speaking workers!
I started squizophrenia treatment in 2012'. Always I have asked my therapist and psychiatrist what resources we have available for in care. Right now it is bad that telecare only offers to people who have criminal charge Overall probation has been lenient and hardly ever bother us.
