This program failed to notify me of my mothers psychotic episode, they lied about filing a police report. I have been repeatedly told by managers and staff that her psychotic episode "came out of nowhere" when I was advised by my mom's roommates telecare was notified of the issue. I believe this program failed to provide the services my mother needed in a crisis state and they need to be investigated. I would like to thank Telcare Vida for saving my life. The way drugs could really take over a life is really sad. I have loss many friends during the time of my drugs use and hurt a lot of people but Telcare gives you a chance to restore all that.
