The hypocrisy is real. The “divide” between management and front line operations is serious. Upper management condescends and talks down to “field staff” literally beginning meetings with , “I’m appalled by field staff…..”. They send memos that tell you, you can ask for guidance but they only respond if they deem worthy so, if you want a place to develop? Open communication? This is not it.
