for a 1 hour service i was charged 2.5 hours. jeff, the owner held me accountable for not filing an autographed timesheet from the tech. he claims to have gps tracking on his techs, but refused to look at my tech's time. he went on further to say his tech was actually in glencoe for a majority of my time. he threatened to take me to court while i disputed the charges. i told him i will fight every minute of that for consumer safety. further more, the tech claimed in his report that the problem was resolved, even tho i texted... read more
