They had my bmw for 3 months to replace a mirror 3x they told me it was ready I Uber there wait over an hour while they wax the car only to find out there was something else broken on the car. The only way I got my car back was calling 10+ x a day and stopping by letting them know how infuriated I was that they still haven’t fixed my car finally I just took it back with a loose mirror that they didn’t even fix right.
