Stay away from this company at all costs. Customer support is absolute garbage and is practically non existent. I purchased TEIN EnduraPro Plus shocks and wanted to open up an RMA for a replacement shock. Over the course of three months was a game of back and fourth questions. I would be waiting anywhere between 4-7 days just to hear a response back from them. On top of that, there would times where their emails would fail to deliver. This company is a Joke, wouldn't recommend them to no one Trash customer and distribution. Then have the nerve to go up on us and say its due to tariffs smh
I have had the flex z's for three years. Owning them has been nothing short of a disaster. At 7k miles the rears failed and had to be rebuilt. Customer service was awful, it took forever, and I was on the hook for shipping both ways. Then the pillow ball joints failed at 35k miles. Again, terrible customer service experience and expensive repair. On the hook for shipping and the repair. Now the front right shock has failed. Three failures in three years. After a horrible experience with “Unity Performance and Turn 14” - Paul went above and beyond at Tein to ensure I was a happy customer. Great customer service still exists !
If I could give them a 0 I would. Bad Customer service after spending $2000 CAD. They act as if they are here for you but it took like a Whole month to actually reach someone. After a little many emails and me willing to pay to get a replacement part they are no longer willing to help. I heard they a good company but I will take my business else where. Thank you Tein USA
