Hakaru Ichino and Yoshio Fujimoto would not approve of their brand being impacted by poor management decisions! Another negative experience with Tein, Management should apply Toyota business principles like KAIZAN (continuous improvement) focusing on the Customer especially. This place will do anything to get out of replacing a part under warranty no customer service, they will blame you for not installing it correctly, just a few weeks after purchasing and installing, makes me regret giving tein any business
Scott went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had w my coilovers. It seems the preload had gone a bit out of wack after some heavy driving, and Scott was a huge help in verifying the issue. He worked with me on the phone and tried step by step to help me, and went above and beyond in supporting me. This is why Tein is a great company as they are there to support on anything needed.
Stay away from this company at all costs. Customer support is absolute garbage and is practically non existent. I purchased TEIN EnduraPro Plus shocks and wanted to open up an RMA for a replacement shock. Over the course of three months was a game of back and fourth questions. I would be waiting anywhere between 4-7 days just to hear a response back from them. On top of that, there would times where their emails would fail to deliver.
