They don't do key check outs to look at available properties, they want every single person who is even thinking of moving in to fill out an application first, information that they aren't privileged to yet in my opinion, they want every applicant over 18 to pay them $30 for what? Just to EVEN LOOK AT A PROPERTY.. they claim there's a way to see that you qualify before you even pay the fee which isn't true. It's astonishing to me that this place is still in business. I could write a tell-all book about how things went wrong when they took over management on Lakeside. I suppose people in a place like Red Bluff continue to do business with individuals like this because they resign themselves to the fact that there's nothing better anywhere else in the whole town.
They want you to apply and pay a fee before showing you an apartment. Never have I been asked to do that I have been renting for 10 years. Normally you get to view and see if your interested then you apply. Can you imagine if every company did that. SMH
Amazing people! Vici and Tammy are wonderful. They answer any questions we have and get back to us about anything we need in a timely manner. The maintenance man is wonderful as well. Good, clean and professional! I highly recommend going through them when looking for a home . Your in good hands here .
These are the most unprofessional bunch of people I have ever dealt with. Such ignorance and blatant lying! I own a 8000 sq ft building and have a dozen tenants. I would never dream of treating them they way this wretch treated me! I would not allow them to manage my CHICKEN COOP! Go back to school and learn how to be a business person or STAY HOME!
