They want you to apply and pay a fee before showing you an apartment. Never have I been asked to do that I have been renting for 10 years. Normally you get to view and see if your interested then you apply. Can you imagine if every company did that. SMH
Don't go here to get an application they want your application fee and then they don't rent to you until you can't have it and you don't get it back ever
Amazing people! Vici and Tammy are wonderful. They answer any questions we have and get back to us about anything we need in a timely manner. The maintenance man is wonderful as well. Good, clean and professional! I highly recommend going through them when looking for a home . Your in good hands here .
These are the most unprofessional bunch of people I have ever dealt with. Such ignorance and blatant lying! I own a 8000 sq ft building and have a dozen tenants. I would never dream of treating them they way this wretch treated me! I would not allow them to manage my CHICKEN COOP! Go back to school and learn how to be a business person or STAY HOME!
This property management goes above and beyond. They work with you as much as possible I have gotten covid and they understood and recently got covid again. Like they have mentioned it comes to a point where it's the owners who makes the last call. Very perfessional and understanding. No complaints in 4 years.
