Came in for lunch today and had to wait 45 minutes for our food in a basically empty restaurant. Food was good but no explanation nothing about the unreasonable wait. The place was empty when we came in. Had pretty much the same experience 5 years ago except after an unreasonable wait my hamburger was raw (not rare, RAW). Gave it another shot today for my daughters birthday and we won’t ever go back. Manager never came by nothing - would have left if we didn’t have our whole family (party of 7). Always a great meal at Ted’s, very consistent high quality ever since they opened. Bison burgers are always a hit. And those free half-sour pickles always bring me back.

I noticed a strand of hair in the pickles/cucumber and the manager acted as if it wasn't as bad however I was very disappointed
