Service and our waitress was excellent! She made sure we got refills on our beverages and plus she came back to check on us. We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Old Alexandria, VA and took the shuttle there. Everything was excellent! Food was delicious! Even got to pick your own teabags. Highly recommended!
First time there, wish we had one near home! Loved the bison ribeye. Drinks were good too!
So we’ve been to Ted’s a few times, but never to this location and we won’t be going back to the location. We sat for 15 minutes without being greated by a server so went up to the host stand and the hostess took our drink order. Then our server disappeared again, walking by not saying anything so we asked for a new server. The service after that wasn’t terrible and our original server even helped out. Service was great and personable. FOOD... bruh, I forced myself to wait get a doggy bag so I could eat it again the next day.
Left after 20 minutes of bad service. There are so many great restaurants in this area that you can avoid this one completely.
