It is our families destination for celebration dinners for the past 4 years. Cannot go wrong with the bison selections! Great food and service- by far the best that my family has experienced in Colorado Springs

The delicious duo is a great choice if your not sure about bison as I was. You get a "mini" beef and bison burger, which both were great! The atmosphere was very calm, although there was a 45 minute wait, but it was worth it. The drinks were perfectly mixed as well!
The bison ribeyes were perfect, the burgers were also very moist and flavorful. Will do this again!
Aside them forgetting to put our check in...it was so yummy! :)
The service was terrible, and we had a reservation (Mother's Day) and we still waited 45 mins for our table...
The place looks cool and the food was okay. But while it was raining outside the fans were all on so it was very very cold. And our food took 55 minutes to get to us when we only had a party of two and there were plenty of open seats.
Visiting for the weekend from Los Angeles... Bison pot roast was perfect.
