I’ve been calling since Monday,. And now it’s Thursday afternoon they’re open from 8 to 5 PM. I left messages it’s been 90° for the past 3 out of 4 days!!! I need someone to come check out my central air, I’ve been calling since Monday. What is the problem are y’all out of business???
“*^%CONSUMER BEWARE !!!!! %#^” The technician, if that’s what you want to call him, had no idea what he was doing. He ripped out fuses, disconnected wires & then left the furnace this way. He’s always saying he needs to talk to his boss about this & that, but his boss doesn’t have a clue either. I believe he tried to give me a false diagnosis, then when I pressed him on it & pointed out it didn’t make any sense he intentionally trashed my furnace on orders from his boss PAUL.
