An excellent real estate agent has high market intellect, a tenacious work ethic, and charisma. Teddy possess all of these qualities and more. While working with Teddy, he helped me learn all about the DC market and find my dream condo. He is incredibly skilled at matching your home preferences with properties in your ideal locations. I can’t recommend Teddy enough! From start to finish, he was incredibly responsive—I never had to wait more than a few minutes for a text or call back. He is clearly super knowledgeable about the local market and caught details in contracts that I never would have noticed. Beyond his professionalism, he is genuinely dedicated to his clients and went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal. Plus, he’s just fun to be around, which made the stressful process of first-time home buying actually enjoyable. 5 stars!
