I had the mobile service come out and do an oil change an a recall on my truck. They did a great job and completed everything while I worked from home. I recommend them for this awesome service that they offer.
Ted Russell Ford is the absolute best!! Jeff Fields took very good care of me whenever I was looking at getting a new car. He explained everything very thoroughly and walked me throughout the whole process!! Definitely a place that I will continue to purchase vehicles!
My Ford Escape was having transmission issues. Ted Russell Ford went above and beyond to make sure my transmission was covered under my extended warranty, which was no easy task. They stayed on top of this until the issue was decided in our favor. Thank you Ted Russell Service Department, and Matt specifically for working so diligently. My Escape runs like a brand new car now.
Was getting ready to back out of my deal because of my salesman. He was very rude. Everytime he did call me back he was short and then just hung up the phone on me. Good dealership bad salesman.
