I was quite impressed with the service I received. I had doubts that they would be able to get the parts and my new tires in so quickly, but they exceeded my expectations. They were also very informative about the repairs I needed. I bought this Jeep from the dealership and they have always serviced it be beyond my expectation

I had an appt for an oil change and to check on a strange throaty sound in the engine. I got there on time but was told I had to wait for my service advisor who was not there. I waited 30 minutes and finally checked only to see someone looking at my car. It was the service advisor. He told me they told him I’d left. The car got checked in and about 40 minutes later the oil change was completed. However, they told me they couldn’t figure out why there was the throaty sound. If your comfortable paying 250.00 per hour for service labor and twice as much for parts than go for it - Every other dealer I have talked to (Ford and Others) are charging 150-170.00 per hour for service work. Very disappointed!
