RecommendedWonderful people and customer service. Rhonda was such a great help in getting my key fob issues handled and Ted went above and beyond to have my car towed and rental put in place.
I had an unfortunate incident with customers in the waiting rooma not complying with the Covid requirements that Ted Russell has in place. When I approached Rhonda and told her that I feel uncomfortable she moved me to a different area to help me feel more comfortable. She was so kind and understanding. They repaired my tire that had a screw in it quickly and had me out of there fast.
They were very respectful and kind when getting my tire serviced. Top notch service!
Allow their masked customers to get ridiculed because they won’t say anything to their unmasked customers to PUT ON A MASK!! It isn’t that hard for people to FOLLOW THE RULES 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️

Thanks for blowing us off and never calling us back! We went to Rusty Wallace Ford and left in a brand new Mustang GT with the performance package with in 2 hours of walking in the door! We had the credit and the money down, and they took both of our trades! You guys could learn a lot from the way they do business!
A little back story. I’m from Florida and was traveling for vacation. I have a 2020 Ford Explorer and the transmission cooler puked all over the highway. I was towed to Ted Russel and waited for them to open. I had the pleasure of working with Rich and they had my car inspected as soon as the mechanics showed up. My husband and I are purchasing a fifth wheel RV. Apparently due to COVID-19, there was a slow down in production and inventory of F350 duallys available.
