Coks is the best BBQ in the cities! – I have dined at almost every resturaunt on this entire list... But let me tell you.. Im a painter in the local Mpls area, and was assghned a house next to Hiawatha .. near Ted Cooks. By accident one day, we decided to try this local, Family looking place down the street. I will never regret it. From now on, whenever im in the citites showing friends around, or visiting various landmarks.. Ted Cooks will be on the list. GREAT FOOD – If you're looking to wine and dine, another would be fine. If you're looking to EAT GREAT BBQ Ted Cook's is the BEST.
One of the best!!! – Cook's Ribs are some of the best in town!! The sauce is awsome and you can get authentic sides such as greens and peach cobbler. I've taken many people from out of town here and they wondered how I ever found such a jewel. This place never gets much attention and it deserves much more!!!!!!

Two Words... THE BEST – I just wanted to say that I've been going to Ted Cook's for about 25 years or so. You go there order your food which is served to you quickly, I would say in under 10 minutes, you get in your car to drive home and let me tell you the smell of the food in your car just makes your mouth water all the way home. They have 3 different levels of sauce, Mild, Medium, and Hot, my personal fav is the Hot it has a wonderful taste with a nice bite to it...If they had a best coleslaw award I would also give it to... read more
