Great experience buying my first Lincoln! The car was ready when we arrived after setting up an appointment for test drive. Thomas took time to explain different features about the car. The finance manager was also great in taking time to discuss our options without pressure to purchase add-ons. I expect the repairs to be done correctly the first time. Fortunately, my wife discovered the issue on pick up a while. I did not take long to fix it. I just expect more for something that was so easily discoverable by the tech or any kind of quality check before the customer discovered it.
