Reasonable price and excellent service.
My Escalade’s rear end suffered a pretty serious injury. I was dragging parts...how embarrassing. Enter Colin at Techs r’ Us — the man, the myth, the mechanic. He diagnosed the issue faster than I could say “weird clunking sound” and had it fixed same day. No drama, no nonsense — just smooth rides and no more rear-end groans. Now it drives like new, and I didn’t have to sell a kidney to pay for it. If your SUV’s behind is giving you trouble, Colin’s your guy.
When my car died I had it towed to Techs R Us. The mechanics and service people here are great to work with, very communicative and are reasonably priced on top. Cannot recommend this business enough
I have taken to get an oil change a few times and no issues. But my husband has tried to call and book multiple times and they never answer or get back to him. A few times when he has booked and left his car there he never heard back (after 3 days), we ended up getting the car with the repair not completed and no communication back. So far these events have happened at least 6 times. Needless to say, we have found another mechanic who will answer their phone and get back to us.
My first encounter with Tech R Us was when I was in the middle of a divorce and trying to transition from a stay at home mom to a working mom with 3 kids. My van needed work that shouldn’t wait but at the time I didn’t have the funds & said I’d bring it back in 3 weeks when I did.
