I’ve been coming here For almost 8 years now, and I’ve never had a single problem today I decided to do something different with my nails and they did not disappoint. My nail tech was Lisa and she did a phenomenal job. I think I’ll be keeping this shape for a while. I cannot express how much I love this set of nails. It’s by four my favorite set they’ve ever done.
The sweetest staff ever! Very very detailed and perfectionist. They did everything I asked for quickly and well. The pedi felt so good, and they have beautiful colors that I had not seen at other salons. They laughed and talked with me the entire time. Also gave me water and coke as soon as I said I was thirsty. The salon is decorated so cute for Christmas, and it was very neat and nice! Very rude. Too much in a rush and they trying do ten things at one time. There was only four people in the store with three workers. I wanted my nail and feet done and a wax bit after she finished with my nails i left. They pulling your hand. I was almost on the same side of the table with her she was pulling my hand so hard. Never again am I coming back.
Unprofessional. The nail tech told me I was stressing his wife out by asking her to file my nail on the side. They want to do nails any kind of way and still expect top dollar. I’ll never forget how rude that guy was towards me. He told me not to come back although I was very respectful.
Been going there a while and everything was good. Well lately my lashes haven’t been refilled right and today I went a the lady was very ruff with me and had no patience and she stayed on her phone the whole time. I had to wait on her to finish texting so she could finish my lashes. The tape they put on ur eyes she was ripping it off. Went to check out and I typed in my number and it says every 4 points u are suppose to get 10% off well she didn’t even bother looking into that and put my card on the counter.
