I took my PC to their office on a Friday afternoon to see about repairing or replacing the DVD drive. Chris was busy trying to finish other work before the weekend, but when I told him that I needed the computer over the weekend and would bring it back Monday morning, he dropped what he was doing to spare me that inconvenience and promised to check out my computer by 4 PM.
