My grandson dropped his iphone 13 pro max..the phone would not connect to the server,, I called Tech city and was impressed that Nadim 1st tried to help me remotely by suggesting we do a hard reset , when that didn't work ,, he walked me thru checking some settings via texting and he determined it was a mother board issue,, He took time to explain the issue to me and set a price ,, which was reasonable and fair.
