I cannot say enough about how great they are! Within hours my laptop was repaired at a great price. The staff are friendly and professional.
I was refered here after Best Buy couldn't fix my laptop, only offering to send it off for three weeks with a possible cost of $1500. Mike replaced my hard drive in three hours and recovered all of my files for a very fair price! He was very knowledgeable and professional. My entire business is on this computer, so I am beyond grateful.
Wonderful customer service and very knowledgeable, been to them a few times from cracked screen on a cell phone, battery for my laptop and help setting up a point of sale, Mike is always happy to help especially a technophobe like me!
I was trying to do something on my Mac machine, that really didn't know how to do. Mike took the time and walked me through it. He knows his stuff whether you need a computer fix or need to buy one. His company is the place to go if you needed repair or interesting in buying a new system. He is not like some of the big box stores that or interesting in up selling you something you don't need.
Excellent service! Dropped off my laptop that stopped working suddenly. They got back to me in about 24 hrs to let me know what was wrong with it and the cost of repairs. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing computer work!
Our older LCD TV was headed to the junk pile and Tech Smart got her running again! Works great! Thanks Tech Smart!
