before you use them BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY won't give you your money back if your not satisfied with their service .After telling them my story Las Vegas police told me they are interested in investigating them for fraud.

I took a hard drive that crashed to them. After months I was told they recovered almost a full tb of data. I called several times while it was at the lab to check on it. I would need to purchase a new drive for the data to be transferred and I would need one with at least 1tb because of everything they retrieved. They said to bring it to the store and they would do it there. I bought the new hard drive and had a 14 day window if it was defective or I wanted to return it. Jesse was great on the phone, and set up the appointment. Wencel arrived right on time, and went straight to work. He thought it was going to be fast and simple, but even when frustration set in, he remained calm and professional. Wencel demonstrated another advantage of Tech 2u, by reaching out to his fellow service techs. One of them had faced a similar problem and pointed Wencel in the right direction to solve our dilemma. Best and efficient computer repair services. – We used your service to help us with some computer issues we had been having. Mike H. was the representive that came out to our home. He was very nice and professional. He explanined everything that he was doing and was through when breaking down the fees. We appreiciate the time he took with us and the manner in which he conducted himself. Should we ever have another need for our computers we will definately use your company again. Very Helpful and Patient Employees – I was having issues with my web browsers and error messages/loading issues even though my internet connection was fine. I was referred to Tech Service 2u through a friend and talked with Mark. He was very patient and calm, asked me some background information, and remotely walked me through each download and step to get my connection back up to speed and to fix the issue with the resolve proxy/resolve host errors I was receiving.
