As of 12/14/19, they have a sign saying they're out of business. That's unfortunate - I had good service from them in the past.
First, they won't respond to emails or texts. So, after waiting a few days I called and asked for in-home service to transfer from one laptop to another. The lady said the cost is the same hourly rate whether in home or at the shop. THEN she said that it is best to bring both computers to the shop so that they "can do other stuff while working on my computer". Um, that would mean that I am paying them an hourly rate to have lunch, fix other people's computers, maybe answer the phone, etc.? When I have technicians come to my ... read more
