I've been going to classes with Perry since back in the "day" when it was "The One" and was over at "The Mall".....the classes have only gotten better over the years, and I highly recommend Tech MMA/Fitness Academy for everyone! It doesn't matter your level--there is a class that will work for your needs! Perry, Susan, and the rest of the instructors are wonderful, and I have nothing but positive things to say about this program!
