I can't judge based on any martial arts experience, as I have none... but I have to say, this is the ONLY gym I've ever been to that was welcoming. It didn't matter that I was new, green, an out-of-shape truck driver that doesn't know anything. Any members from Wytheville are welcome to hitch a ride with me this week.
I have worked out here for 4 weeks, and I can see marked improvement in my strength. The workouts are challenging and the instructors are knowledgeable. On top of that the people that go here are so accepting. Thank you Tech MMA!
