They put in a new furnace and outside unit about 2 years ago. This winter it froze up, i called him. Instead of telling me to check my filter 1st, he drove 10 minutes and charged me $100 to tell me to change my filter. Furthermore the unit they installed apparently has defects from the factory that can cause it to freeze up. Instead of offering to replace the part for free (which should be done, because he tells us he knows it comes defective from the factory but we will still have to pay his "service fee"). I have a home day care and our furnace stopped working during the night. And with the temp in the negative it made us very worried for when the kids would arrive this morning. Joe with Tech Guy was able to talk me through some steps to get us by this morning until they could get here to fix the problem. A huge thank you to Justin for being so professional and very knowledgeable about our heating system. We appreciate it tremendously. We will be calling them soon to have our duct work cleaned!

Thought they charged me to much to fix furance.other then that they are great guys
