I’ve gone to Tech Genius twice now and Mark assisted me both times and both times he did whatever he could to get what we needed. Both trips we walked out with great phones at a good price. I’ll definitely use them again to make my next phone purchase.
Great repair and customer service. Reasonable prices on repair and great selection and prices on products.
Got a new phone , me and others had trouble retrieving the info from broken phone . Brought to Tech Genius and dropped it off, went back about an hour later and it was ready. Their cost was reasonable and they were very polite. They seemed very knowledgeable as well. I have 2 more devices that I will be bringing to them.
