I'm so set right now. I have had screens fixed there before with great service. So I trusted them to get data off of My Broken Phone. They kept my phone for 2 weeks and told me they were able to get everything. They gave me back my jump drive after I paid and none of the data was on it. Now I've ship the phone back and there is no way to get back all of that information. I waited another two weeks for them to tell me they never backed it up and lost all of it. So upset and very disappointed.
