Disappointed. I reached out to one of their therapists (Leslie) through my EAP Lyra offering more than a week ago. Crickets. I then followed up with an email to who appears to be the proprietor, as instructed by Lyra; again “crickets” In a time of crisis, the last thing you need is to be ignored when trying to seek help. Whether they simply don’t manage their communications well, or they don’t bother to notify if they’re not accepting clients - end result is the same. Do better.
