Used this company as a landlord entity for a house we rented. They are shady and unethical. We moved into the home a couple years ago and documented a lot of existing damage, including bleach stains on the carpet, various chips on baseboards and walls, poor patch and paint jobs to cover old stains, broken cabinets and other such damage. At move-out, our shady agent tried to make us responsible for this damage, writing up a falsified document omitting all the move-in damage and only noting the damage at time of check-out. Great real estate agency. Attentive, responsive, and professional. Our agent Lori Wright was very helpful in finding our first home and went out of her way to connect us with a great lender, do a deep dive on neighborhoods, and research any questions we had about homes -- and we had a lot.
