Amazing! Good quality tea, awesome desserts and cool atmosphere! Only parking is a beeyach and for now am unclear if they are dog friendly or not (saw pics on Yelp of guy sitting inside with his two labs). I'd give them a 5 if they advertise as dog friendly!
One of the best tea places that I've been to! All the tea is organic with unlimited boba topping for less than 4$.
