Great products at a high price. Out of business.
Best lamb I've ever had. Service is beyond words. Best restaurant in NOVA.
The staff feels a little pushy and stand off ish. Not crazy about the tea because it's so expensive and I purchased a canister a few years back that I still can't open but since it's so expensive didn't have the heart to throw out!
We were recently there because we were shopping in the mall and my mom got a caffeine headache so I suggested we get her a cup of tea at Teavana. Missy and Doc were very friendly helpful. We were the only people in the store, so they even spent extra time talking to us about what flavors we like, so they could make us the perfect tea for our tastes. Great customer service. Thanks!
Bought "Clair teapot" today, opened box at home and it was cracked and looked like it was used already. Not good experience! Im sure they will return my money or exchange it for a new one, but don't think that this should've happened in first place.
