The employees weren't nice last time I went. I like the tea but they need to teach them ( their employees) how to be nice to the customers and they need to wash their hand after they touch the money and after they scratch their heads, like the cashier at the Tacoma mall
I love Teavana...gonna miss it! Starbucks should keep it open on line.
