Huge fan of their tea! Was very disappointed when I hadn’t heard anything about my most recent order for over two weeks with no response to my emails asking how long the order will take to ship out. Finally someone reached out today regarding my order and told me they have been having technical difficulties between not getting messages to the email listed on their website and their warehouse delaying shipping around the holidays. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, great selection!
Drove up from Delaware to visit our daughter and was really excited to visit the store and get my husband’s tea supply for the winter. Got here only to find it was closed for the next 2-3 days because they were attending a fair. But there was nothing posted about it on their Facebook page or website. Both said they were open as usual. Tried to call and got a consulting firm. Very disappointed and would not recommend and we won’t try again.
Their tea is top tier quality and always soothes or brings a smile to my face, the ingredients are fresh and to the point and has very good medicinal properties. I love loose tea leaf and their prices are fair and reasonable!
The tea here is amazing! I bought 5 different flavors and can’t wait to try more!
