Isabell Davis was incredibly unprofessional and borderline abusive during my appointment. I came in with clear reference photos asking for a darker, lived-in blonde and she bleached my hair white instead. When I politely pointed out it wasn't what I asked for, she started calling me 'whining' and 'childish' and told me to stop yelling at her when I was literally just trying to speak over her blow dryer. The attention to detail, professionalism, and overall experience were 10/10. They’re both so sweet and made the whole appointment feel comfortable and fun.
