IBOT is a scam. They preach brotherhood and unity on the public forum for good publicity then when they're locked into a contract with your employer they go MIA. When I pay someone or something $840 per year I like to see what I'm getting for my hard earned money. 3 years in and I still haven't even seen or met a Teamsters representative at my job. All of the working class needs a form of representation. That is only possible through the formation of, or joining a Union. As we,the "People" ,of the United States, (not by the united states), as outlined in the Preamble to our Constitution. As the United States remain strong being "united', so shall the "People" ! and that is only possible through a "bargaining unit' !
