I have been a union member of IBEW, IAM/UAW, and now Teamsters. The teamsters stewards are by far the WORST in their lack of care or concern for the union shop floor members. I have never been treated so dismissively anywhere as I have by teamsters stewards. I am ashamed to call myself a teamster.
You could start by representing the people that pay your salary. been teamster for 37yrs and have never been so anti-teamster in my life. All show and ZERO talent. Just fold and give me back my money.
