An amazing team works here! Everyone is friendly, hardworking, trustworthy, respectful, and eager to help. Since I bought my 2012 Gti new here they have always been there to make sure I got what I needed to get done in a timely fashion. Great group of techs and service managers here. I installed a k04 turbo on my '12 GTI and babied it to TEAM to get the APR tune. Unfortunately the sensor I brought with me (required once the tune is loaded) was defunct. These guys did everything they could to help me diagnose and fix the car, from looking up parts, confirming the configuration with APR and offering to overnight me a replacement. The best part is that they didn't brush me off to the service lobby. I was under my hood, checking for codes and taking test drives... read more
