5 stars We came in on a Saturday morning, hoping we could get something. Frank got us into a new 2019 rav 4 in a little over 4 hours. In My eyes that’s quick compared to other car buying experiences I’ve had. Especially with a one year old who made the process very “entertaining” at times. Mary Beth was awesome as well, that portion of the process was even faster and just as informative.

Used Car Sales Experience Chris, our salesman was very helpful. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to steer us toward another vehicle. Yet the finance manager upsold pricey warranties and protections. While at the dealer be careful to carefully review your documents for the actual interest rate and costly warranties. I was initially told my interest rate would be much higher than it actually was. Easy to work out a deal Dan was easy to work with via email and in person. Everything went smoothly and the numbers were able to be worked out via email so the final deal was a "handshake" and done.
