My Experience Mostly dealt online with sales team. Everything handled very well
My new RAV4 My salesperson Ozzy H. Was very helpful. He made the process fun! The showroom was comfortable and the manager on duty was also very helpful.

Low pressure, knowledgeable salesman, the car I wanted I liked that the dealership was a low pressure environment. I was able to look at and test out the specific model I saw on Team Toyota's Website. My salesman knew the features of the vehicle I was interested in, the Camry Hybrid, and answered questions I had about it. He knew his stuff. I liked the dealer's service center tour, and the amenities offered for customers who are waiting. It was a nice touch.
Very straight with no games. What a car buying experience should be. The sales process was easy. No games with Rick Magaziner. The finance department was also very easy. The digital desks are really impressive and leaving with a flash drive instead of a pile of papers is awesome!
