Very straight with no games. What a car buying experience should be. The sales process was easy. No games with Rick Magaziner. The finance department was also very easy. The digital desks are really impressive and leaving with a flash drive instead of a pile of papers is awesome!

Rav 4 Lease Mark Goldberg made the process of trading in my old lease and leasing a new vehicle quick and easy. He was very thorough, followed up with me in a timely manner, and answered all of my questions.
Experience beyond expectations. Great inventory to choose from. Associates are having good knowledge and very cooperative.
Car shopping The staff at the store was very responsive, and not pushy. Took the time to answer my questions. Let me drive the car to make sure I was comfortable in it.

Toyota values their customers My sales consultant Jason did a great job of convincing me to continue my business with Toyota knowing that i had other options available that I could have pursued. Jason was very knowledgeable and went into great detail about the plans they offer, the advantages of leasing vs purchasing, the different features/specifications offered with the vehicle.
