Good price upfront but poor finance person Jeff took care of me with the price. I am happy with his service. I would highly recommend him. However, I did not like how team toyota has raised my interest rate on the back end and try to recoup the money that I am about to save. Which is very bad sales tactics that were used. First Time Car Buyer I worked with Kevin in the Used Car Dealership and he made my first time car buying experience wonderful. I did not feel pressured to buy and genuinely enjoyed working with him.
First time buyer Kevin made my first experience with Toyota an amazing one! He showed me basic models to models with all the extras so that i could see the differences for myself to make a better decision on what to buy. This was the first time in my life buying/ leasing a brand new car and I was treated very well.
