Very Modern & Clean I liked how they recognized our loyalty as Toyota owners & we were treated like VIP valued customers.
Not trying to pull Wool over your eyes They were very honest with the sale - honored what we had discussed over the phone as well as the auto finance I brought in with capital one. They also did not try to oversell any more services or warranties. In them being matter of fact and not to trying to oversell, I did end up buying the tire protection services which was a great add on in my opinion especially at the low price.
Pleasant Experience Sales staff was willing to locate the vehicle I wanted. Salesman was personable and easy to talk to.
Great Experience Leasing I enjoyed the showroom. It was nice and not crowded like some of the other ones I've been too. It was well maintained and the staff was very attentive. I got a great deal too!
Good price upfront but poor finance person Jeff took care of me with the price. I am happy with his service. I would highly recommend him. However, I did not like how team toyota has raised my interest rate on the back end and try to recoup the money that I am about to save. Which is very bad sales tactics that were used. I totally get that I could easily left but it appears that severe sales tactics and sales technique were used and I became the victim. First Time Car Buyer I worked with Kevin in the Used Car Dealership and he made my first time car buying experience wonderful. I did not feel pressured to buy and genuinely enjoyed working with him.
First time buyer Kevin made my first experience with Toyota an amazing one! He showed me basic models to models with all the extras so that i could see the differences for myself to make a better decision on what to buy. This was the first time in my life buying/ leasing a brand new car and I was treated very well.
Awesome truck buying experience friendly and low-key no pressure sales approach.
