Team Toyota I really liked the transparency of the whole process. I also really appreciated the time our salesperson took to make sure we got to test out the vehicle and explaining the different features as well as how knowledgeable he was about the vehicle in general.
Very Modern & Clean I liked how they recognized our loyalty as Toyota owners & we were treated like VIP valued customers.
Not trying to pull Wool over your eyes They were very honest with the sale - honored what we had discussed over the phone as well as the auto finance I brought in with capital one. They also did not try to oversell any more services or warranties. In them being matter of fact and not to trying to oversell, I did end up buying the tire protection services which was a great add on in my opinion especially at the low price.
Pleasant Experience Sales staff was willing to locate the vehicle I wanted. Salesman was personable and easy to talk to.
Great Experience Leasing I enjoyed the showroom. It was nice and not crowded like some of the other ones I've been too. It was well maintained and the staff was very attentive. I got a great deal too!
