This has been the best experience I have had in a gym so far in my entire life. Team Tom offers so many different options to get workouts in. Never over-crowded and a small community feel. Everyone is willing to lend a hand, a spot, or advice to help you get the best workout possible. Reaching your fitness goals is absolutely possible in this gym!
Am just finishing up week #4 with my personal trainer at Team Tom's Gym. Am really loving this place ... cannot believe how much better I feel and how much stronger I am in just 4 weeks! Great place to workout! Everett is a great personal trainer, too!
This is real gym for real athletes. Free weights in abundance and technical equipment too. I've gone from 275 lbs, down to 190, and back up to 215 with much more muscle all at Team Tom.
