I think Dee's class is great. She works you out HARD and you see results. She will also work to keep you from getting hurt! I love her classes.
I workout at Team Tom Gym everyday. The Gym has a lot of equipment and I can my workout done at my pace. No waiting for equipment at Team Tom.
If you want a real gym without the flash look no further!! Has that old school feel to it with bunch of Olympic free weights with rock music playing. Was in town on leave and the friendly staff let me workout for free. I appreciate their support for us troops. ��
Awsome place. Thanks to the Active Duty membership I can attain higher fitness goals for myself, in turn, being more physically prepared for the Army.
