This is my response to your office regarding my wife’s recent review, in which you responded to her. Regarding your response to her, it sounds like complete nonsense. Your company appears to be deceitful in trying to work this new real estate “rule” from both ends, to your advantage. The fact of the matter is: you, Tim West, listed the house, and signed a contract with the seller. My husband and I made an appointment to look at a house listed by Tim West. When the agent, Lisa, arrived, she informed us that before we could look at the house we had to sign an agreement with her. My husband told her we didn't want to sign any papers. He told her we just wanted to see the house. She informed us that she wouldn't show us the house if we didn't sign the paper.
